the warranty card its pretty useless, i've been using samsung items quite awhile now.. most of the time i went to do a warranty claim or check, they just scan my imei or product code unique written on every device and the warranty info is there.

But of coz just incase just keep the warranty card and official receipt. I've receive sms and call from samsung stated your warranty start from now. So not much to worry

how to check whether the set i bought is 1 year or 2 year on the spot?

SGS I is the reason holding me to get any Samsung android phones until the Note - the screen size is too huge to ignore.

Actually almost got the SGS when I bought my HTC Desire from a shop at Spore. Another customer was checking the phone just beside me. I was thinking "should I top up another SGD100" to get this hmm.gif. But luckily at the end just grab Desire and go. 2 main deal breakers - i have not done my research on it yet and most importantly - it looks too Iphone-ish, the design not original at all - i dun like imitation - always support creative ideas.

LoL. You're rite. Risk of getting white ver is it easily to stained as the back housing is glossy. Even with back cover it cant be helped. ohmy.gif

HI ALL,

i hv encounter 1 issue with my g.note,

the bottom(aprox. 1 inch) of the screen tend to not so responsive to touch with finger when it is charging.

did any1 encounter the same problem? or only my device had this problem?

What do you mean different hardware..? It's the same lor..only difference is the colour. Or is it about the G and non-G version
