did the driver give you a good improvement?
*
Yes. It did.

Although there are some settings I adjusted to get the best performance:graphic ratio...

If I'm not mistaken, I only turn on motion blur, and the rest at Low, but it turned out to still look so good.. thumbs up Ghost Recon. I'm getting like 30-50 FPS.

" You can always flash back the old bios by running WinFlash with an additional command "/nodate" in cmd." ... as posted by a user long time ago.. smile.gif

for example :

"...If you start Winflash and load bios 207 it complains about the old version bios. So you should start a cmd.exe (or use total commander) and go into the c:\Program Files (x86)\ASUS\WinFlash\ directory and start winflash with winflash /nodate. Now you also get a warning message, but you can click on the flash button..."

mmm... << memorizing..  tongue.gif

Yes, thank you for the advice...just revert the BIOS back to 218...what can I say that version 218 is the best for N45SF...I've got my good gaming experience back

keyboard u have to dismantle back first. Keyboard at the bottom of the laptop have one screw secure it. U have to unscrew that first only u can take out the keyboard.

don play with battery alone. Gaming with battery only will kill the battery fast. Not good for the battery. So if can just use adapter when gaming.

+1

No matter how you tune the power setting, you wont get the performance same as using the AC adapter.

This is most likely due to your dedicated graphic card (Nvidia GT555 M) not activating on battery, causing laggy gameplay due to using only integrated graphic card (Intel 3000) to power Diablo 3.

it process low frequency sound for ur speaker, so ur speaker of the laptop only process normal and high frequency sound. The woofer also add in bass. With woofer the sounds is much better.

P.S its a woofer, not a speaker, so don really expect too much from it sweat.gif
