lol, nobody said u cannot buy the laptop. Coz like my, personally i prefer N45SF over N55SF thats why i chose 45sf instead of 55sf. As for N45SF, don worry about the problem, we ady solved the problem. Its working perfectly now, no crashes/freezes and all those stuff. What u need to do is, when u buy the new N45SF, u flash the bios to 218(which can be easily done with asus winflash program). Then after that, u need to download MSI afterburner. MSI afterburner is a programme for ppl to overclock and monitor the GPU temperature. In our case, the laptop is NOT power insufficiency, but other unknown factor. What u need to do is, when u open up MSI afterburner u will see the core clock is 675Mhz, pull it down to 630Mhz, then u can play EVERYTHING without any problem. Even 675Mhz and 630Mhz the FPS no difference also, but pull it down to 630Mhz we don have any problem.

Go with ur heart, buying a laptop is not necessary for its function only, for me N55SF is better in terms(coz moment i bought this laptop 55 and 45 is same price somemore 55 is bigger screen and such), but i still prefer N45SF. I been using it since the third day launch of this laptop. No regret coz i love this laptop. Somemore N45SF EOL ady. So kinda like 'SPECIAL EDITION' ady xD

agree lan wake is epic xD. So is mass effect 3 man. U should try it. Then some other games include batman arkham city. Prototype 2 coming in 24th of april and diablo 3 in may

batman quite nice. Initially it was ps3 game lol. I'm not sure about the resolution part coz i'm using N45SF lol, my resolution only 1366x768 but nonetheless no problem at all xD

I see. Batman looks abit interesting from the gameplay doh.. anyway, is it worth to play BF 2 coz i know it will kill your pc. The temperature will be very high right? I haven't play it doh.

Hmm hard to determine the source of BSOD without further troubleshooting.Btw,did u add any extra ram?

Haha, i guess those problems are the least of my worries now. Thanks a lot htpkevin 

I'm using N45SF for almost 2 months already. Updated GC driver and BIOS to version 223. So far encounter no prob. Only prob is when playing NFS The Run. The Game keeps hanging after I finish certain races. I'm not underclock my GPU yet becoz I can still terminate the game from task manager. I have no other prob whatsoever even when playing FIFA12, Alan Wake, BF3 and so on. Only NFS The Run. Also confused becoz it using the same FrostBite2 engine like BF3. Maybe some problem with the crack. 

Btw htpkevin, our laptop model EOL edi? Just know this news. Any particular reason they stop selling it?

my woofer is not working,althought i have Realtek's latest driver installed(got it from Asus Support website),any ideas?it was working perfectly fine before i clean format.

install latest realtek driver should fix the problem. Most of the users have this problem also. Its like suddenly buzzing then u have to restart to become normal again. After installing latest driver it fix the problem

thanks for your reply, u mean the lastest driver from asus cd or from their website?

Its preinstalled 4Gb ram,but when i got it there was another 4Gb extra ram(free gift)..So that makes it 8Gb.

I'm sure a lot of you guys upgraded your RAM from 4GB to 8GB. Any performance RAM recommended for N45SF? Most of the Performance RAM is 1600MHz. Not sure it supports1333MHz as well. Please share.

PS : I know not much difference between performance/gaming RAM with normal RAM. Just want the best possible for my notebook.
