Any Jetta owner here? Looks like Jetta isn't that popular in Malaysia... Does anyone know which country Jetta comes from as CBU unit?
*
Mexico. Jetta is a nice car but ... unless you really need the boot space then the golf is a much nicer car to drive.

Someone already posted this video here before. But this one is the japanese spec. Not sure whether we will get the same spec here in malaysia for our 2012 golf gti right. Usually the spec for different country is different like the one for euro are different i've seen the euro 2012 golf gti review video too

hi all sifus
if i were to upgrade ECU for MK5, which brand of tuning is recommended?
ABT, APR, Bluefin? or what else?

I see many ppl here choose APR ? so APR is easier to get? or APR is more reliable?

Finally paid booking Golf TSI today. Too bad Polo GTI might need to wait up to 1 year.

As addictive the Polo GTI is, I found it too small for my liking.. I prefer the Golf Tsi refinement+overall package drool.gif

Depends on purpose as for me just for city driving and considering price vs spec, Polo GTI suits me. Being already set in mind to go for VW, Golf can be the alternative but now have to fork out additional 12k sweat.gif

Guys want to ask a personal opinion on colors?

At the moment I'm holding on to a black golf TSI but I heard many friends saying go for red instead. (Just left these two colors, no white)

Black may look kind of small and people might tend not to see a black car on the road at late night hours but black does look more executive look.

Red however is no doubt VW flagship colors, striking yet bold but looks kind of flamboyant (metrosexual) kind of way.

Any personal thoughts?

Oh am looking for tints, body coating and car mats, where do you all source from and what are the majority of good brands?

Just collected the Polo-Sport.
It's going to be used by my mum later but for the time being..can curi pecut pecut with it. So far, don't like the side mirror cos very small, thus more blindspot. And also the arm rest is getting in the way to hand-brake.
Haven't tried out the traction control yet when going for corner. And one more thing.. the hill-hold is kind of tricky. I have to park my car in the car porch which a bit of slope, and very close to another car. Scared to over-tekan and bang the car in front.

Other than that, very impressive. It gave me a whole new perception about car. No need to have big car to enjoy the power.

Wow?!? TRUE STORY BRO? With Discount?! 3-door or 5-door? I'm third in line for a 5-door Red Polo GTI.
The salesman never call me what... Its been 2 months since I placed the booking there.
