I think the breeder is irresponsible to tell you that everything is ok and not to worry. If your dog's ear is bleeding, it could be something more serious than ear mites. Ear mites no bleeding unless the dog scratch till got open wound. If the ear drum is injured, your dog can go death and may not walk properly later.

I never trust pushy breeders/petshop... it means something is not right and the breeder got something terrible to hide from his customers....

I think the breeder is just trying to milk your pocket dry.... You got your info incorrect.... puppies should not be separated from their mom before 8 weeks old.... but puppies finish drinking milk at 6 weeks old normally.... that is why petshops take at 6 weeks, coz look cuter so people will quickly buy, which is really cruel.

Have you personally brought Xun Xun to see a vet? Coz I think he may be trying to hide something.... everything sounds so fishy. I have never come across such a breeder before and I have visited many....

About the kibble thing, a breeder will not tell you only 1 brand is good... will tell you there are many but will advice which is a good choice... if he is feeding blackwood and selling blackwood... so obvious he wants to create more sales from you.

Do not cut.... risk poking the eyes and can get eye infection.... it is better to leave it long... just let it be for now... coz it will slowly grow and drop away from the eyes.... then it will become the traditional shih tzu moustache. If you cut, they you must continue to cut it forever.... coz when they become adult, the fur will be slightly thicker, and if poke the eyes, it gives more irritation then when during puppyhood.

well, once you get Xun Xun, just bring her straight to vet. You go to Dr Yeoh right? He is already a good vet so you can trust Dr Yeoh's words well. If there is something wrong, then if i were you, I will ask he vet for a written health statement and get a refund...

what is the charge like for Dr Yeoh ?? Normal checkup and consultation fee. I've neva been there before but always pass by.

CAn say annual check-up lah. I done this basic checo when i bring fifi for her 2nd jab. I think I'll continue to do so for her annual jab, just to make sure she's healthy lah....

u want to share wud ?? Kenot view - white patch only . Where you bring Fifi for jab and how much does it cost for the checkup thing?

I bring FIFI to City Pets Vet Clinic at Serdang. 7in1 jab plus deworm + basic blood test + deworm syrup = RM58.
The 3rd jab cost me about Rm100 coz got buy heartworm prevention tablet.......broke broke.........

RM 58 is cheap!! I think I know where is City Vet. When I brought Hepy for 1st jab at Pets Family, the vet only checked him physically. I didn't know need to do blood test, etc. She checked on Hepy physically and said Hepy is healthy and normal.

Jaunty, very huge difference btwn jack jack and xun xun lar!!! Eh, jack jack got bully her ??
