QUOTE(angelgurl_nee @ Aug 5 2007, 05:46 PM) hmm...ok...im gonna wait till he sleep then i curi curi see then... That is normal with silky terrier lah.... all will fade from puppy fur.that day when i brought mikey to the groomers their silky terrier also fade away a lor since a puppy...i saw his picture and he was shiny black but then now bcom creamy white edi... Almost all long haired dogs will have fading fur.... if you want to know the outcome of your pup, compare it with the parents. True blacks and black and white shih tzus would never fade until they reach old age, where they will turn a bit grey. Brown Blacks are black when puppy time but as they age, the black won't be so dark and there can be some browning as they grow older. Other colours will fade.... Main point will be the dog food Colour fading and colour change is due to genes.... read the links I have given. Shampoo, normally the cheap ones have added chemicals which can bleach the fur, not fade it.... in order to know the true colour, view the sire and dam.Added on August 5, 2007, 8:40 pmThread closed.
