Penang Island speed, bayan lepas, normally 1mbps~2.5mbps. sometimes when good, around 3.5mbps, the best i can get so far is more than 6mbps a bit.

call 123, tell them and they will do checking for you. whether got system upgrading in ur area or wat.

Just tell them the exact speed you are getting.

Serious note, just tell them that it's slow. 1mbps is like basic adsl. But you just say you're expecting better. Like 4-6mbps.

already called and expected they will say this:

1mbps is considered best effort speed unless you get 0.2mbps, then it is considered slow.
