Thought what you meant earlier 2k-4k cherry switch were keycaps LOL, guess i mistaken it oh well, guess i shall stick back with the US shipper then, got a quote for RM214.

it's a switch for users with macro function, since most macro function requires you to hold for the macro to be active, you can just click on the switch once to activate(on), and then go to sleep for letting the switch to go for infinite loop macro.

i do know some macro software only allows for you to activate once or going for a loop as long as the key is being hold. but does not provide you a function which lets you activate macro on auto loop just by pressing once.

Personally, you don't need to buy this switch, since you can just put a heavy stuff on top of the switch and leave it overnight, but i think the spring will be affected by that.

Switch are not confirm to be available, if it's available, it will be in a very low quantity.

allow me to explain here. it's their product number issue. the FC300, FC400, and FC500, the numbers with 300, 400, 500 are actually the layout of the keyboard.

FC300 are korean, FC400 are japanese, FC500 are US English Layout. So there's a difference on this, that is why it makes you guys confusing. For Boxing issue, it is because Leopold just expanding to foreign region, so they does not have English language box for FC500 brown, black, blue. but people that purchase cherry mx red, will most likely to receive different language box which is Chinese box. lol

Probably what he meant for shift key to feel different compare to other key are due to the "metal" thing.

The shift key give me that "something is stuck and the key doesnt go all the way" feeling. Its somewhat stiffer and just odd compared to other key. Left shift only by the way. Could it be that it uses unspringed stabilizer left and right of the switch itself?

How does ALPS switches fair with Cherry switches?

bad news for Novelty Keycap Order, Order are being postpone due to RColinTaylor paypal account is being frozen, and thousand of dollar are stucked inside.

f any crap happens, example of money cannot be taken back, because paypal frozen all the money and being under investigation(may take month or years to settle)
but don't worry, money still with me now, i can refund everyone if any crap did happen.

They are not yet good as Cherry, but ALPS a tactile switch. and they are much more stiffer than cherry mx black.
