that will be the awesome super vintage IBM Model M Industrial Keyboard(Tenkeyless or not), that will only cost more than Realforce.

Industrial keyboard are very very expensive ONLY to end user due to they only sell it in bulk, and does not distribute to end users.

you can see current industrial keyboard like cherry cost like RM1k per keyboard, but if they're purchase in bulk like 50 unit, their price drops significantly.

Yup, old but golden. Some ppl having retro/vintage fetish and are willing to spend on ridiculous price IBM model M(similar to the cherry ergonomic that sold for >RM7.5k in yahoo.jp February last time....).
BTW, model M is really a good keyboard.

The price higher in Malaysia due to RM too weak and Japan Yen keep appreciate.
Anyway, try to nego with the seller for better offer.

IBM model M not a real biggie, if you look in Taobao.
They are a bit frankenstein-ish, parts from other keyboards to make one keyboard, but the few Model Ms I've got are nice.
Model M SSK are sold there, but you'll need to keep pestering the sellers on stock, since they sold out real quick.

Oh well.
It's very nice of your company to bring in the whole line though.

But most stock in Taobao is kind of very old/worn.
Though, buy SSK from Taobao and resale in ebay(US) = over 200% profit.

It depends on sellers.
You'd be surprised at how clean they came in, I got a 1987 White label, with little broken rivets, casing looks like brand new beige, instead of yellowing beige.
Another SSK I got, it was not as good with the broken rivets, but the outer shell has little cosmetic damage. At least it came in cheap.

Appears to be for collectors.

I stop collecting any limited edition / collector's edition / rare stuff, long long time ago.

I will just get the used version and give it a try, if I really want to.

The acrylic casing is for testing, prototyping.
Actual KMAC is Aluminum based.
4 Options

black with win key (1.5x front row modifier + 7x space)
black winkeyless (standard FILCO/LEOPOLD front row)

Silver with win key (ditto)
silver winkeyless (ditto)

First batch started ordering in early november, 100 units, got snatched up pretty fast I think.
International batch gonna be around January/February timeframe.

I'd love it if we could split shipping.

Taeyong, one of the organizers at KMAC said he is going to offer these to GH and DT in Jan/Feb next year. Just piggyback that and get stuff shipped from Korea.

well, just making things more safe for us, since we don't know about their overall planning, it's best to get info and know what's going on before all international batch keyboard being snatch without any left for us
