Generally yes, Bangsar a lot more class above Cheras. But Bangsar today not as "wong" as Bangsar years back. And I definitely not consider Cheras because I found other than near KL/KLCC, the master plan, development or old taman are quite terrible. Anyhow, they are pool of local folks prefer Cheras will move to Alam Damai or Sg Long.
Also, for Saville, if really consider as Bangsar, then it must be near or adjacent to Jln Telawi / BV or Bkt Bandaraya / BSC, but Pantai Hillpark is not too near to Jalan Bangsar ... it near Bangsar South and separated by a federal highway or across the NPE to reach Telawi Bangsar ...
Also, those affluent locality with classy, they buy Bangsar or Bukit Pantai landed, not many rich rich people purposely picks Bangsar to buy highrise bcz if they did, they will consider Mont Kiara first. Landed in Bangsar or Damansara Heights had more premium and demand compare to highrise.
Kudos to UOA who borrow Bangsar South name and make it looks excellent. Soon we will see Bangsar South / South West / South East at PJ and Bukit Jalil new area.
