i noticed on my recent visit to the showoffice, about 30% units have been sold.
the penthouse was still available at RM1.7mil with 2800psf.
now there's a 5% rebate and an option to take additional 5% rebate or zero progress interest during construction.
but the proposed SUKE hiway from Ampang to Seri Petalilng will run along the existing jalan alam damai road, infront of this condo.

I think 2 issues have adverse impact on the sales of this condo:
1) Launch price was high (greedy developer) 2) SUKE
|
