I saw the ad in the STAR newspaper today and I thought to myself most of the people are either making extremely handsome income or stretching their ringgit to the very end...

whether the land tenure is on freehold or lease, I believe IJM has made a bold move by having a price tag beyond RM 400/sq.ft in cheras. I am looking forward to see the market response.
