This one look so so leh, not enough glass effect, if compare to ijm riana green at wangsa maju, riana green looks much more better...just my 2cent

This one really look so quiet eventhough vp, developer overprice this...my friend bought at 6xxk plus also hard to sell now with 720k asking price and post it rent at 1600 also no takers after 2months

The cheapest laucnh price should be around 6xxk plus back to 3years ago if i not mistaken

This condo is too pricey for leasehold status and this kind of area....
