Went there last weekend. Already sold around 30-40% of the units, mainly lower floors.
I am not keen to buy though... Can consider Cheras Heights, freehold ~1500sqf for less than 500k. It's less than 2km from Altitude 236 and within the same area.

I donno man~ altitude seems expensive to me for 700k and above. That's the reason for the low entry fees. Well, who knows, prob the price will jack up another 30% upon completion?
Sales is arnd 30-40% sold out, mainly lower floors.
