Do you guys buy additional windscreen insurance?

If yes how much is it insured for and how much more additional premium charged?

Insured for RM7,000..premium is RM1,050

So much more. The whole car insc is only rm 3135 For 111,000. With full NCB is only rm 1410.

Rm1050 is blood sucking high.

Will they allow you to insure for lower amount say rm 3000?

I believe so they allow, but you'll have to top up the difference...

don't forget the Z's front windscreen is curved more so than other cars and its directly from Japan...

Was the rm 7000 price quoted by HDM and is it incl back and side windscreens too?

Mine was quoted at RM 825 by the SA for coverage of around RM 5.5k, according to her, the estimated windscreen price is around RM 5K. The additional coverage is for the tint.

I guess different dealers have different price estimation for the windscreen..

Btw, windscreen insurance are optional, you can opt not to have it or insured it at any value that you are comfortable with.
