Hi, just got my SII about a week ago, it was working fine but untill this morning I'm trying to copy some new songs to the phone via USB cable but after connected it didn't show connect usb storage’ button on my MAC.

I've Enable usb debugging from Menu > Settings > Applications

Enable the usb debugging figure without plug in ur usb cable. After that plug ur usb cable then it will show the button.

u can, just make sure u enable usb debug. and the wire is connected properly.

another way u can do is thru kies air as well, easier.

I did it not less then10 times, with even restarting my mobile and laptop..but still doesnt work.

G version using android 2.3.5? Try changing usb port, usb cable, different pc, etc.

Yes, Is 9100G, I've try everything with changing USB cable...but still doesnt work. now I've to remove the micro SD card to copy it from card reader...really mafan.

Is your android version 2.3.5? Did the usb work when you first bought it or this is the first time your trying?

well, I've only got this phone about less then a week, and today was the second time I'm trying to copy picture and music to it..but it won work now...

guys, what apps did you guys use to move your apps from phone to sd card? my friend recommended apps 2 sd which is a free version.

sometimes it connects then u gotta drag down notification bar, click on the "usb connection" and choose connect

Next step to try: Flash a new modem through ODIN if you're unrooted/CWM if you are (in which case BACK UP YOUR EFS FIRST LA WOI). Good ones IMHO for Malaysia is KE4, KF2, KH3 and KI4.

THEN try new ROMs.

Lastly, go back to Sammy. You might have a hw defect.

I mean, I RARELY have connection issues (except when I'm in Subang area, Celcom data sucks bola-bola over there) and I'm actually surprised that so many people do.

i had an update liek that, but after i download it told me i couldnt do dl and i was mind incepted....

thats the problem, notification bar didnt show the "usb connection" . I'm not sure whats the problem.
