Help, my samsung galaxy s2 9100G (2.3.5) have problem. The camera sometimes will 'freeze' screen/hang and required to switch restart the phone to become normal.

sometimes, I can access back to 'home screen' but, whenever want to enter back to 'camera', it says 'Camera failed'.

Tried to contact Samsung Service Centre and I reformat the phone as taught by the customer service, but the problem come back after few days.

Anyone experience this before? Please help to comment, whether this is software/hardware problem? What I need to check? >.< Thank you Thank you.
