congratz chonglol i hope from this point many more people who's having problem like this can solve their problem easily. nokia care has called you after that? they called me and i gently told them that the service; especially the diagnosing part can be improved ;D

Nokia just called me. Nothing has been done to the phone but just merely updating the software. If the problem still persist once i collect tomorrow, im gonna ^&% them .

yeah, i hope it will will help as many people solve their problem too...another chap on nokia forums got his phone fixed after i passed him my work order number because his local nokia care technician in johor didnt believe that the gps works in offline mode

i think this is part of their standard operating procedure that first try software fix then only if that doesnt work, test for hardware issue. since everyone who tried also got the "software upgrade/update"

hi guys, new lumia 710 owner here..

after I sync my phone with zune, my nokia collections category in the marketplace disappear... anybody experience this before? how to resolve?

Microsoft wanted to remove Marketplace from Zune sadly.

Today saw in paper Lumia 710 dropped to RM799... good news to new buyer

price drop rm100 in 3 months since i bought it...oh well, its not like the price was going to increase
