Not bad, on the battery saver mode can last up to 2 days of usage, but this is just on 2G, i didn't use data plan on my phone. Frequent SMS-ing, with casual calls and wifi.

thinking whether wanna change to lumia 710....

currently using bb 9700...suffer when surf net coz not enough memory...but the battery very good, use for 2 years still can tahan for 2 days...if on wifi, still can tahan 1.5 days...

Will this phone get windows 8 in future?

Sorry guys, i have finally jumpship to iphone 4, after quite a long 6 months journey of 6 different phones. I have taste all symbian, android, Windows Phone just in order to get to iOS! (except meego, almost!) haha!

Manage to sold my lumia 710 @ RM740, really desperate but it was worth it! well, good luck to future buyers of this phone! all i can say is it is a good, fast, simple to use, the best in typing, and a good camera! WP7.5 is great for a person who doesn't play games much, if you do, stay on android or if u have extra budget go with iphone.

Going to miss my white lumia and i didn't get the chance to test the offline nokia drive, any of u user here can post the offline nokia drive review later when it came out, looking forward to read it! thanks a lot guys have fun!

ps: the bolded part is the answer to all whoever thinks whether to buy this phone or android, its all depends on apps, if u're into apps, just go with android, if u're into fluidity and stability, go with WP7.5. Never had a single problem with my lumia 710.

sound good about this phone, but why let go this phone? yes, you are so right, i am so hesitate to go this phone because of the apps which mostly all of them are chargeable. and also the battery life? is that okay if I am heavy user for voice communication?

Like i said, i originally wanted an iphone but no budget, so i've been through 6 phones within 6 months, been buying and trading till now got good offer and budget, straight go with iphone. But the good thing is i manage to test all kind of phones and to me, lumia 710 is no.2 on my list. I forgot to mention 1 more thing, the build quality, it does look cheap and plasticky, but you'll be surprise with the quality, i love talking with it, the sound is crystal clear and loud, the mic is good it have some sort of noise blocking because when i talk with my gf she said she doesn't hear anything other than my voice even when i'm at a noisy place, (can tipu where i'm at, but naah i won't do it) just the negative part is the apps as u said, and the battery, the battery is somewhat random, sometimes 2 day, sometime a day, but that's only on 2G, i don't know about 3G with data, have to ask others on this. Overall its a great phone! Oh, 1 more thing, i love taking photos with it! Somehow it produce a great quality of pictures for a 5mp shooter but not so great on dark places.

Thanks bro for your reply. i think i might wanna go for it by changing my maxis plan to internet plan with some discount on this phone. Reason for it to find a budget phone for my wife to use for simple apps like whatapps, facebook and calling.....the sound is crystal clear is the credit for me and important to her as well.....

group messaging via sms work for anyone? mine just keeps saying message failed and ask me to try again... but individual messaging works fine

Yeah bro, I am also having the same problem. Is it because of the MAP or The APP NOKIA DRIVE or GPS device inside the phone?

good to know there are others...im not sure whats the problem

now plus you i know of 4 people with this problem so plus me thats 5 phones with this issue...
