sri com and sri kom same or not?

here's my problem....i got a server
i dont know how to configure

I asked for quotation from sri kom
they charge RM15k.........
is it that expensive to configure a server?

implement webhosting - RM6k
implement intranet - RM6k
f-secure A/V - 548 x 6 users = RM3,288
testing - 500
