I got bad experience since sricomp not move to low yat. Last time i buy 3 PC from sricomp. The best thing is 2pc got problem with ram, 1 pc with a faulty harddisk, 3pc also got problem with graphic card. when i send it back to complaint, you can see their blackface and quarantine my pc for 1 days. When i took back the pc to my shop i check all the graphic card fan is not working, the ram is not same size. How can they sell this kind of stuff to me. Since that days i'm not taking any pc or accessories from Sri Comp. So far i got no problem with PCZone and cycoms. But some cycoms stuff also got a long face. (Maybe they tired. )

I wonder, I found, I picked, I asked, I bought and I leave the shop it is easy as that....but if you take it seriously.....well don't just talk bullshit but how about go there and complaint infront of them rather than talk at here some stuff that can make others believe without checking it out themselves.

I mean if you are a smart customer you must be asking alot of question and if you don't like it go to the supervisor yourself and talk to him and not here talking like you are a good at all things.

I go there several of time and I think that they give 100% service and got discounts of price for about 30%

well it is better you make a good impression at first sight and not with the tight face and wanting something then people would treat you the same

wow, 100% service? IMO, 100% service doesnt exist, even for the better PC shops in LYP.

Sri : Here you go.
Me : *look, geez, it's PCI SATA* Nope, not this one. PCI IDE.
Sri : Inilah dia
Me : Nope, PCI IDE, not PCI SATA
Sri : PCI IDE LAH TUH!
Me : ... *walk to the old uncle* Unker, is this PCI IDE card?
Uncle : Nolah.. this is SATA wan..
Me : *points to the worker* That guy insist this is PCI IDE.
Uncle : *walk to the guy and @$%#^%$#^*
Me : *dump the card there and walk away*

Their things are cheap. But you need to know what you're buying and if you're unlucky you get a faulty item

i think what SRI worried most is not the Customer Service issue, but worried of their items got stolen, since their shop is next to the Lift. At least 1 bonzer will stand next to the door. Does this people know about computer or they just get paid to stand there all day long.

The boy that stand beside the lift door name is Suren,he actually know about computer because he is junior technition for Sri comp.

had 1 xperience... RMAed my mobo 2 thundermatch... wait bout 2month, then they told me d mobo company dun

wanna rplace it, blaimed d failures caused of me... Then my fren ask 2meet with d boss.. being told that he's not here..

then sum1,below d boss came... he take alook @ my mobo... acting so nice tolef me he'll try asking again d mobo company..

ask his employer 2giv me temporary mobo while waitin for d RMA... wait again n after dat got d new 1...

but then i sent 2technician 2install d mobo... i asked d technician 2 blow d dust in my HSF..

Coz b4, d other technician did it.... the FARKING budak technician replied, Tiup sendiri laa... Darn...

@ Sri computer,ask 4 sumthing they gimme d other othing... Aiya... They should b trained again laaa...

so dat they can recognize n know d function of those componets...

i also no like Sri computer have bad experience buying LCD at there with my dad.

That time already late LYP is almost close. My dad need a LCD for his Office. so i bring him to LYP and most of shop is close since that day is sunday only left Sri is still open.

I go ask the samsung LCD Price... the price is ok but when my dad request to open box for viewing how 17" look like (there only wide screen display there and my dad need to know the size because his table only got limited space and worry wide screen can't fit in) the guy refuse and ask us refer wide screen.... aim thinking wth my dad want to know how the 17" look like u ask us look at wide screen for wat... I am thinking i want to go liao if not my dad need fly tomorrow i will definitely bring him go other shop buy tomorrow.

We only can view the size by confirm buying the LCD.... i am thinking WTH ..... dont hope me back to buy from sri against.... My dad also *** if not out of time will really f*** off from sri com

that why for a ppl who like computer here try equip urself with basic computer knowledge or google some info before u want to buy something u unfamiliar cause a lot shop is ready their samurai to chop on ppl like u who have zero computer knowledge ~~!!!!!!!!!

at least now i no more go to sri, cos got new place at curve..

so nice those ppl, all very good, even when i ask for item they dun have, 1 of the worker "malay" ask me wrote down wat i want in paper, then the other 1, a "chubby chinese boy" call his boss right in front of me to order the item becos its really hard to find water cooling item in malaysia especially danger den product.

u can find better IT products anywhre if u search throughly..

those ppl in Sri also juz ppl want make money for living no point of arguing here..SEARCH OTHER PLACE, IT'S VISIT MALAYSIA anyway, can go jalan-jalan oso makan angin.

p/s: his boss a "handsome chinese dude, aha" was in singapore dat time, after 3 days i got the item..no transport or minyak fees..haha~

IMO that may be possible considering the almost religious defending of SRI

Nothing is perfect. The best companies giving the best service also wouldnt get 100%, let alone more.

more than 10 sri com staff who resigned last yr had moved to techasia.

is it bcoz of bad service bad...and getting no business...too bad for SRI COMP...
