I go there several of time and I think that they give 100% service and got discounts of price for about 30%
well it is better you make a good impression at first sight and not with the tight face and wanting something then people would treat you the same
You've gotta be kidding me. You came, you saw and you buy... Sounds easy, but what happens when the product is defective or doesn't offer features which the sales guy there said it has???
I had a bad episode with Sri Computer and I swore I will never step into their stores again. I consider that RM50 I spent on a bluetooth USB dongle as tuition fee for a hard learn lesson! I specifically asked and requested for the sales rep to recommend me a brand that doesn't have to install any drivers and could be up and running by full PnP. Guess what? I got one that worked totally opposite!
The sales rep is reluctant to offer me money back guarantee even though it was less than one week. I wasn't the one to wrestle his arm and ask for a money back guarantee. It was their fault in the first place for lack of knowledge of their wares and recommend me a wrong model. Besides, they do not have any models in stock that is full PnP.
So to Sri Computer, you can kiss my ass and F**K OFF!
