I'm working at notebook department..i can guarante we always give customer new laptop,if any problem when we get the stock we will send warranty to 4th floor..if u say our service.Sometime we dont layan customer because we are too busy.any problem have to send it to warranty department not the front,our job is sell as much we can.We dont give diskaun to customer if they dont ask.some of the laptop we reli give good price.If u dont want free girf mean it will be lower.For exp:RM 2399 we can give Rm 2299 or less.
