3 week cut...100kg to 97kg..but already looking pretty juicy

size has barely decreased..feelsgoodman

another 3 weeks to go till uni starts..gonna be fuaarkin shredded by then

only part that sucks is going to sleep hungry(fasting for about 10hours..930pm-730am).. sad.gif

after an intense workout ur bodies test levels will drop significantly

secondly ur body releases glucocorticoid to reduce inflammation..glucocorticoids are also catabolic and they will break down ur muscle tissue

so ur more likely to become smaller instead of bigger

well im currently cutting now..so i do cardio 2-3 times a week after workouts for 15-20mins

my method is after workout then drink my protein shake,rest 10mins then start the cardio..thats what works best for me

when i was bulking not a single cardio was done...lol..too damn lazy

just lift for ur self and ur own confidence..if ur doing it for external factors like women then ur doing it wrong son

poundages does not always equal size

a good stretch in ur bicep is better than curling 130lbs while swinging all over

i only do 1 heavy movement for my bicep..others are all more concentrated on the stretch and really working it

ps: try lying cable curls...fuaarrkkkk dat pump

depends on my schedule...after exams it is drinking,partying,holiday-ing with no regard for training & diet..prolly do this maybe twice a year..other times always training
