3 week cut...100kg to 97kg..but already looking pretty juicy
size has barely decreased..feelsgoodman another 3 weeks to go till uni starts..gonna be fuaarkin shredded by then only part that sucks is going to sleep hungry(fasting for about 10hours..930pm-730am).. |

poundages does not always equal size
a good stretch in ur bicep is better than curling 130lbs while swinging all over i only do 1 heavy movement for my bicep..others are all more concentrated on the stretch and really working it ps: try lying cable curls...fuaarrkkkk dat pump This post has been edited by Aztec: Mar 21 2012, 07:04 PM |
