its their job.they have to do it to rescue their role play in that movie. + they have nutritionist and trainer accompany the whole journey,not to worry bout the micronutrients support

dont feel much from barbell curl cause i RARELY do biceps exercise recently only start doing it i feel more from wrist though i only using olympic bar anyone?
or guess not yet form the mind muscle connection with biceps yet and i hate concentration curl too not much feel . guess start to work them

weight shoot up to 91kg
and finally break bench press plateau start benching 70 kg hope can reach 90kg by this year
