Zzz I just bough jack3d today
Doenst work for me
I am a high caffein tolerance thought just wanna try it
So now plan to let go at 110 price,just used 1 scoope

if really 160 g per meal for 6 meal is way too much IMO...seriously
count like 5 meal you have 800 gram protein if you cant even absorb that more why bother to intake that more?
even professional bodybuilder dont take that much

anyone encounter protein farts?

any idea to get rid of it
am still bulking up and trying to get as much protein as possible
whenever i down chicken breast at 10 pm,2 am i will still feel bloated

on a note,i seems like dint encouter protein farts when i am taking animal pak
now i stop awhile for multivit and it comes back
could be the digestive enzyme ?
