kinda depends on your caloric intake for the day doesnt it? how much carbs you take wont matter if caloric value isnt at maintenance

i dont know about you, but when i use my straps, how comfortable they are would be the last thing on my mind lol. i bought mine like for 20 bucks, it bites into my wrists but hey it works.

and aztec, i have no idea how u gonna fit into skinnies, seriously. all my pants are loose fitted and they are slightly bigger than my actual waist size

and i speak from experience, i have tried skinnies at fitting rooms. i could not sit down wearing skinnies. not saying my legs are huge, they're proportionate but DAMN those skinnies are f***in uncomfortable to say the least.

hmmm lol. how tall are you btw?

i usually use momentum and pull all the way down, as in my body angle would be almost horizontal, then slowly bring the upper body up to the required angle and then start doing the pulldowns. pretty sure ive done this with BW + 20kg and more, but i cant be sure.

but then again im tall enough to let go of the bar at the end of the set and not make a huge noise so this might not be a solution hmm.gif
