Auto backup and auto restore. Only the contacts and messages though. No settings and or applications were backed up.

but a hard reset still preferable after update... that's why manual backup still needed... all best experience come with effort... icon_rolleyes.gif

Belle helped you clean up everything T.T

Have to reinstall everything... Apparently Belle don't like whatever Anna had touched.... other than the home she is staying in.

Noted. *#7780# right ? A bit scared off losing ovi store etc, but i've always wanted to do a hard reset after the last anna update.

Phone is refreshing the media now, lol. Later after hard reset gonna have to do it again....

proper NSU update then hard reset won't kill the Store...
the last time error all cause by the QT component... where now "should" be more stable in Belle... nod.gif

do not use the mods yet... just clean install the Belle first... will update the mods once i get my hand on my N8 with Belle on it... nod.gif

Hmm...i did the hard reset, but the apps are still there. The same apps after the initial Belle install by NSU. Not all apps are present of course, whatsapp, y-browser and a few others are missing. But fmobi, angry birds, picsel smart office (basically those i bought from Ovi store) are present.
