The Superman Anthology at Amazon UK for GBP24.99 now is already a very good buy, much cheaper than the deal of the day at Amazon US for USD55.99 (expiring soon!). Looks like the contents are the same with 8 BDs and the only difference is the US edition comes in a nice box while the UK one has just a simple slip case. You can try your luck and wait for BF but there is no guarantee that this will be on offer then.

CONGRAS BRO, yesterday i already order DAS BOAT from HMV at same $, i also order 3 more title with same packing series - STAND BY ME, EASY RIDER & GUN OF NAVAR. now hope all got slipcover.

AMZ UK SONY also discount lots of good title - JUST GO WITH IT, SILVERADO, QUICK & THE DEAD, go n check it out.

Added on November 4, 2011, 10:40 amya, this is a dificult choice, it u buy AMZ UK at a cheaper $, but u really love the SUPERMAN SERIES, later u might regrect why not choose the nicer looking US set? this happen to me when i bought MATRIX UK SET N THEN UPGRADE TO US SET.

The only problem - it is OK to WAIT LA but price also can GO UP LA!

If dont wait now BF time maybe u feel regret now cuz BF is super cheap and u can only buy 1 or 2 titles... So if u dont play WAIT LA! Later u sure REGRET LA! So which one you want?

If price go up again, wait again lo, it sure drop back one fine day event not in BF.

That's why I'm still thinking whether to buy this week blu ray deal Rambo Collection now $25. Afraid comes BF becomes 19.99

Let me share abit of my BF 2010 experience. I'm so new to this BD so a few months before BF I was having this buying mania. Every month sapu at least 10 titles. Everytime when the price goes lower than 10 usd or from 19.99 to 14.99 I will sapu, without thinking! Then comes BF 2010, all those title and some new ones all suddenly drop to 6.99, 7.99, 8.99. So from there I learn my lesson not to be to in the hurry to buy BD, as the price will one day suit your wallet. Furthermore are we so desperate to watch it, or just for the sake of 'I have it.. Do you?'

Amz pricing strategy goes up n dwn according to its age frm release date .. even for black friday promos, its cheapest for de older ttls.. for d e newer ones.. ya its cheaper, but only just.. for instance las yr.. I tot I struck it when I got de Back to d future litening deal for ard 34usd shipped but a little later it was much cheaper at amz.uk .. I guess if u are of I-mus-have-it-now mentality, then its ok, cos u still get sum savings but for me..

For some box set or UCE, I will wait, but for those single title with nice slipcover, I can't as I hate when it coming naked.

Naked is BroLow98944 favorite! (Just Kiddin la) Actually I also like slipcover very much but sometimes I stingy dont want to spend so much. Anyway, everyone here got impressive collection and I someday I get poisoned too like WiNd's hand painted lizard @ Jurassic Park.

i won't buy if expensive (usually it is...); can wait for price to come down because all movies i bought on BDs are the ones already watched.... so can wait, no hurry

Sale (like BOGO, B2G1 etc.) :
will only grab if title(s) suit & worth it for that particular order shipping charges; but these days very hard to find these kind of sales on Amazon

Black Friday :
Will grab grab grab if title+price suits big time...



i'm with you with this... i can wait for price to drop rock bottom to buy unless.... really2 the ones that have to buy & watch right after release; because if not... cannot sleep, eat or work! haha....
