A tip to those who are not familiar with Amz - if the price of the item has dropped since the date you confirmed your order, you can e-mail Amz (or chat with them, as I just did) and request that they exercise their discretion to bill you for the latest price of the item.

It does not matter if the item has been shipped or has been prepared for shipping (in which cancellation of item may not be allowed).

They will still bill you for the full amount, but will issue you a rebate to your credit card for the difference later (maybe a day later).

I just did so for Jackie Brown and The Others which have dipped (albeit slightly) since I made my order. Amz CS on chat took just 5 mins to approve the rebate.

Do ask nicely though. The choice whether to allow the rebate or otherwise is entirely up to them.

Fortunately, I didn't stay awake late or wake up early.

In fact, this year BF, is very good to me, no need to stay late or wake up early.

Very good buy at Amazon UK. The 3-discs Carlos at GBP5.59 only. Unfortunately this is Region B locked but good for those who wants to use as a test disc or for future use when you have a Region B player. This has much less extra features compared to the US Criterion edition which cost much, much more. For Region free bargain, grab the 4-disc Batman Anthology at GBP9.99 if you have not done so yet. I clicked both and even though the VATdeduction is not shown, it is there since both cost only GBP12.99 and with shipping, the total cost comes to only GBP18.26 which is less than RM14 per disc. Pasar malam also cannot get. What are you waiting for?

Just placed order for:

1. The Exorcist (Extended Director's Cut & Original Theatrical Edition) [Blu-ray]
2. The Town (Two-Disc Extended Cut) [Blu-ray] (2010)

and will cancel The Town (Blu-ray/DVD Ultimate Collector's Edition). Not worth to pay so much premium for those book, cards and extra 1 addition cut.

For me, still not worth cause shipping fee alone already $8.98.

If you buy more in one order, you can reduced you shipping fee close to $3.99 per title for all type shipping option

Of course, how many titles require to reduce shipping fee close to $3.99 depend on which shipping option you choose.

I somehow still think that amazon uk shipping prices are still better

Of course, Amazon UK shipping charges is cheaper compared to US. But, some of us prefer US version because of several reason and willing or not choice to pay more,

Those reasons include:

1. Region issue
2. Nipple issue
3. Slipcover issue
4. Cut or not cut issue.
5. PQ and AQ issue
6. Release date issue
7. Availability issue
8. Packaging issue
9. Promotion issue
10. etc.
