Your chairman really power la. Can buy pienaar from everton for 3mil pounds and then after 18months, sell a seldom used and older player back to the same club for a 1.5 mil profit. Respect.

The Bale Sigurdsson combo is working well. Gylfi's goal today was superb!

Nice win to end the US preseason tour.

Steven Pienaar rejected Chelsea after Tottenham offered £11,000-a-week more in wages in £16m four-and-a-half-year deal. Midfielder will earn £2.5m more at Spurs

Pienaar has signed a four-and-a-half-year contract worth around £60,000-a-week - or £3.05m per year – which is £550,000-a-year more than Chelsea were prepared to pay. It means he will effectively earn £2.5m more at White Hart Lane than he would have at Stamford Bridge.

Over the entirety of the contract, Spurs have made a £16m commitment to the South African in transfer fee and wages, £1.75m more than their west London rivals were prepared to pay. It is also believed that Pienaar’s Tottenham salary has been supplemented by a seven figure signing-on fee.

SOS
u guys forgot to include his salary wages 60k per week for 18 mths at spurs yawn.gif yawn.gif

Transfer history
Dortmund --> Everton = 2mil
Everton --> Spurs = 3mil
Spurs --> Everton = 4.5mil

0.5m deficit only.. hmm.gif hmm.gif

Nice! What size you got? It is a little tighter fit than the Puma kit last season.

A warm welcome! Tell us when you started supporting our beloved Spurs.

As for Saha, it is not certain where he went to be honest.

feels like lyon is looking to sell rather than us looking to buy ... friedel can probably do a decent job for another season ... if he's available next season, then it's more likely ...

plus, who knows if gomes suddenly decides that he wants to be consistent ...

the problem with the high line is that we seem to be susceptible to the overhead long ball in the pre-season friendlies.

i really hope we get all the striker signings done by this week. Newcastle on the first day of the league is not an easy fixture.

this season, with 10m, you can get a very good strikeforce ... ade + berba ...

and here we are, days from the start of the season with defoe as out only forward ...
