FYI, got this from Asus Malaysia Facebook "Transformer Prime is tentatively will be released by middle of Jan 2012. However please do stay tune with us for the firm release date."
" part of the reason why we are unable to confirm the exact release date because we are actually in the midst of rectifying any possible issues that may be arise. Until the issue is fully rectified (hopefully), then only we will be able to tell."

Bollocks. The whole world has official launch dates and corresponding prices. There were issues; true, but not to the extent that Asus Malaysia should be still unable to tell exact dates/prices. I would have found it more plausable if they had said; "The whole world has been pre-ordering like crazy, so now Malaysia has to wait untill everyone else has his prime"... Pre-orders from Comet in the UK have arrived, mixed impressions by first users. Some experience really dodgy problems, but others are perfectly happy with theirs: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread...1371143&page=42This post has been edited by DikkieD: Dec 30 2011, 10:40 PM

" part of the reason why we are unable to confirm the exact release date because we are actually in the midst of rectifying any possible issues that may be arise. Until the issue is fully rectified (hopefully), then only we will be able to tell." Major problems have cropped up. First it was the wifi problem, had to recall back 300 units in Taiwan. Now the GPS, having no signal. Even the US product page slashed off the GPS sensor feature at this time. http://usa.asus.com/Eee/Eee_Pad/Eee_Pad_Tr...#specifications

I read much about it at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1422983 too. But isn't it too early, I mean it was supposed to launch with ICS...will they not open it up once ICS is on the device?
