best option is to get the mother of all android phone - the Samsung Galaxy Note and pair it (tethering) to the father of all Android tablet - the Asus Transformer Prime. Then you will have the most powerful android devices.

3G i believe will come a little later than the Wifi version. If you cant wait just simply the grab the wifi one. Kinda disappointed too. But let's hope for some miracles to happen.
or just buy a cheap cheap phone that can do wifi hotspot, simple solution
urghh... samsung delay things, 7.7 is down into toilet bowl and flush!... disappointed...
Agree, i dont like tab with no additional memory slot... sucks big time.. ipad kiddos
I wanna get this one instead! =) faster faster release in malaysia =)
samsung is making too many different versions of the same product, i mean just look at the choices for their tablets - 10.1, 8.9, 7.7, 7.0. They are a huge company, but even a huge company can't really handle that many kinds of product, which means, some day they'll screw up
comparing to Samsung, Asus concentrates (on the tablet market) on one product (at the moment), their Transformers line, even the slider is considered as the Transformers line because they are identical / similar. And this is a winning formula. Quality wins every time compared to quantity. Apple is doing this for years, and it builds their fan base, and new customers don't have headaches choosing their products, not like what Samsung is giving to their tablet's (potential) customers - super migraine (which shall I choose? What are the differences? Which is best?), apple customers only has one question - how much is the ipad2 16gb???

I did that too, when my house tmnet down but really have to install 3g watch dog, pc consume alot more bandwidth then phone Btw asus otg is in the market, so no usb is not main issue:) For me car charger, backup battery is standard acc for my phone, so thethering consume more battery is not major issue for me, i don't really care abt 3g but i can't leave my phone behind me.
Added on November 15, 2011, 3:16 amThethering is just click away and can save me another lineor rm 15 permonth, unless the 3g version is very cheap that i don't mind paying for it, gadget become my monthly burden d
totally agree with this, i never leave my phone, where i go, it goes. 1 missed call equals thousands of $ lost of potential revenue. this also means wherever i go, car charger goes also. plus opening wifi hotspot and connecting to it (after first time) only cost me about 10 seconds, so it's no big deal, been doing this on my laptop since the beginning of froyo. and with the keyboard dock's USB port, i can (presumably) charge the phone using that. it's a win-win solution, no need to pay for extra 3g bills every month.
Really? I thought same as Tab, got 3G can use for calls and sms. Guess not
u r talking about the first gen samsung tablet which runs froyo / gingerbread which has phone functions. on honeycomb tablets, don't have phone function at all.
in ICS maybe they will introduce phone functions on tablets, just maybe.
its sucks that it charge using a proprietary connector.
if use USB charging don't know when can fully charge, probably after 12 hours?
anyway, can we use bluetooth mouse and keyboard with just the on board bluetooth pairing? or do we still need to plug in a bluetooth dongle into the USB slot?
Ya, SGS2 has lower resolution (much lower ok?!), but TF201 performance on Honeycomb is really not very impressive. Hopefully ICS can really bring the power of out of Tegra 3.
Or am I missing something?
the question is, does these benchmark apps supports quad core?
