they are apply for extend, actualy some of the property is like that. The place i stay now also same, when my sis bought it also less than 99 years, after completed and move in 2 years, only received another letter mentioned that it successful extend till 99 years..

If the leasehold left 74years minus 3years construction, balance 71years after vp! jialat!! shocking.gif

may i know pbb is confirmed one the bank panel for tis project? and about the legal fees... in summary after disc , how much we need to pay? my unit is 936 block b ..please advise

My place now I am staying used to lease hold but now we got free hold all ready this could also happen in palace court base on what I see. Normally the 99 will start only after fully build as I asked around my friends who also have lease hold apartments and condo

so I guess most owners have signed S&P and Loan... now its the time where we start talking about the site progress and 1st disbursment I guess... long time never go to the site and see.. wonder any major works started?

Pass by last week saw few piling machine in the site,and the beautifying for the run down flat is started..proper fencing installed:)

Maybe need to do something on the run down flat in order to sell the remaining units:)

I paid everything 2 months ago and the details not with me now, i think the legal fees is around 5k after discount. During my time, only UOB and HSBC is the panel wo... may be they get more bank recently, i think u better call developer to ask abt it.

mind is 1328 about 6 k plus so urs should be around that as well. asked for discount it can be up to 40% see if you are good at nego

To me the reason why i buying new place is because there is so much crap here and my floor about 4 houses break in and most great news is the management didn't pay the security guard for 6 months can u believed it?

In this case i have learn a lot and now I am more aware of issue around me. Look guys/girls we buy house is a place call home and we should be responsible to take care of it and is not one person work is all of us, Joining hands will be better then battle alone.

I totally agree on what u said here... maintenance and security is always my main concern in looking for a house... I need a safe home which i can sleep tight.. Really wish tat our home can ready asap...we join together and manage it properly. smile.gif
