I cant use Mysikap to change name online. Not sure if it's registration issue or what. Probably registered online and need additional verification at branch.

I'm not sure if you need do additional biometric, you may ask others for assistance.

You need to upgrade to JPJeID Advance. 2 ways:
a. Go JPJ Thumbprint, say upgrade to JPJeID Advance. (Dont bother use this method)
b. Use app, do MyDigitalID first, then MyJPJ login use MyDigitalID, it will auto upgrade to JPJeID Advance.

Of course, back window and rear glass dont bother as no limit, but do remove windscreen and front windows tint. Their tools are calibrated quality tools to check VLT, not cap ayam tint shop ones. Windscreen got any tint with any percentage of darkness will fail.

yes, i did that using mydigitalID, into JPJ, then become Advance level, no need visit JPJ

This one cannot, new owner need to physically visit JPJ/UTC bring the receipt.

do we need to pay for printing the VOC?

This one I got stuck at mysikap, the password I key same with myjpj app also cannot go in

Maybe do Penetapan Semula Kata Laluan? It's a weird thing now since myjpj and mysikap is kinda linked together but not really.

Edit: Actually you dont need password if can login with MyDigitalID right? JPJ server kinda wonky now so try again next week.

resolved already, ya kinda weird.
Reset password and require small and big letter which mydigital or myjpj not required.

In applying for the new ownership, i'm facing this problem. The car now in Sabah...
Only semenanjung can choose. Anything I missed?





Update: need to go jpj to declare the car in Sabah by using kastam k3 or bring the car verified by jpj

After verified, mysikap still showing semenajung, go to counter jpj sorted out out.

do puspakom B5 inspection first, then both parties go JPJ + car geran OR can also do online using myDigitalID, login to JPJ online

Note that mydigitalID need you to verify account at JPJ anyway so... both parties need to be at JPJ at some point. Just that with mydigitalID it doesn't need to be at same time.

for both of you, Use app, do MyDigitalID first, then login to MyJPJ using MyDigitalID, it will auto upgrade to JPJeID Advance, then you have the function to make Vehicle Transfers, payment is also online; to print new VOC must go JPJ office, show receipt
