Hi all, may i know how you all switch off the router? Need to disconnect the modem from internet connection first or just directly turn off the router power?

I directly turn it off. smile.gif
Anyway, I hardly turn it off. laugh.gif

i just successfully updated my mr3420 to the latest firmware as directed by fruitie. (thank you very much). waiting for the e353 from her patiently.
(first time getting a 3g modem and router in my life. so far i only use tethering from my iphone to the pc).

anyone tried plugging a phone (other than SE mentioned here) into the mr3420 and treat the phone as a 3g usb modem? nokia? iphone?

speed base on

- what modem u use
- what signal u get
- your area the ISP u use congested or not
- distance between your modem and the base station
- how high the base station support in speed

every area is different notworthy.gif

hi, ask u guys here. huawei e353 or e367 which 1 better? any diff?

when i was using maxis own usb modem, my download per hour was only 1.6gb max, after change to e353, i can get average 4gb an hours. from 3am til 7am midnight already can complete 12gb of data.

planning to push the limit.but too bad my place does not support 42mbps...any 1 have both use and compare the performance b4?
