If no 4,  better use homeplug. Eazy installation but need sone fund. Btw, homeplug work on single phase.

Router still can use. Only dont know how to use command for router to download the proto3g package. If use ubuntu easy to download and install package...

Flash back to stock firmware.

Homeplug tak perlu tarik cable LAN panjang2... At least need to 2 Pcs (Buy a Kit)
Just need to push Pair Button on the plug it self.
Your home electric Wiring is a Network.

If your house running Single Phase Wiring, you can use this Homeplug.
If 3-Phase, might not work.

Im using it. Because before this i dont have any, so need to buy a kit (1 pair) . Tplink PA251KIT.

Cons, not sure. Still cant find and problem with this unit.

This is my suggestion

Orange indicates powerline aka homeplug

Place your Wireless AP at the center of your house.

The laptop another room can be either powerline or wireless nod.gif\

You can use any router for extender. No need bought router with modem.
Should be cheaper... But for extender, better buy with many LAN port, not just one.

No need to be 2 MR3420

1 MR3420 for the 3G router

Another one just any Wireless Access Point or Any Wireless Router will do nod.gif

Or you can buy a wireless extender homeplug but a router will do the job better for sure biggrin.gif

Nope.. 1 MR3420 is enuff. Another Router is just Normal Router (without for 3G or ADSL)
Unless Normal Router for your Network Extender more expensive than MR3420...
