it is known issue, pls send back for warranty. it is all depends on your luck, if they have ready stock for replacement item, then you might be able to collect it back faster, otherwise... just wait.

btw, managed to port some sense applications and htc keyboard to virtuous earlier. the hybrid works pretty stable with no force close or reboot, it's just i cant really accept the hybrid combination of aosp and sense. sense mail for exchange doesnt work but stock (aosp) mail for exchange is working fine.

ditched virtuous and back to leedroid.

htc tends to have weaker speakers, you may get an app - volume+ to enhance the speakers / headset / bluetooth as well. you may refer to 1st post for the setting.

couldnt agree more that beats audio is just a gimmick, i personally prefer the stock EQ than the beats profile.

btw leedroid fans and also people out there, leedroid v.4.3.0 is released! wise decision for him to continue optimising android 2.3.5 instead of the leaked ICS. downloading now

My sensation is fluid and flying with latest leedroid with bricked kernel. 1.34ghz undervolt -75. Rock solid and much improved battery life (noticable even on first charge cycle)

Undervolt will drain battery lesser and CPU generating lesser heat from my opinion. Now my CPU temperature is much lower with latest leedroid, not sure it is caused by uv or the rom itself. Voltage for 192 is always at lowest, 800mv

my oh my, while i am just started to enjoy leedroid v.4.3.0, he's gonna release ICS later today. =)

it seems pretty weird for your issue. are you running with stock rom? try to clear data in map / navigation, see if that helps?

since you're using custom rom then it is much easy, direct this in rcmix thread for more accurate input / solution. this is the very first time i come across this issue being reported. sorry that wasnt able to help

check the screen time out setting. and also the app that you're using, some app prevents screen from sleeping while some doesnt.

nope, bricked v.1.6b6 smartassv2 still stuck at max frequency. give and take mate, by far bricked v.1.6b6 is perfect match with leedroid v.4.3.0. fluid and fast!

i noticed leedroid kernel v.4.3.0 kernel v.4.5, smartassv2 works until next reboot. have to manually switch the governor again upon boot complete in order to get smartassv2 to work. i am experiencing youtube freeze with stock kernel.

just set up my phone with leedroid ics v.5.0.1, pretty awesome and exchange mail is working! doing nandroid backup now and gonna uninstall some bloats

virtuous i guess? if so, i do agree with you. clean, fast and stable

Leedroid ics is worth trying,it is much more stable compare to insertcoin sense ics. Ics boosts the performance,so it is faster than gb. With the tweaks, it is pretty fine to be used as daily driver. Lol,no big issue mate cos the missing font is on the widgets and being fixed. My advise is to flash full rom, 5.0.0 > 5.0.1 instead of the patch to 5.0.1. I don't know why but it is faster and smoother.

I am back to gb for the time being until lee iron out more wrinkles and tweaks more. Yay.

yea mate, it is advisable to flash the camfix if you're running on sense 3.5 with bricked. you may flash the kernel first and try accessing the cam, if it works fine then may skip the camfix. otherwise, just flash it cos it only takes couple of seconds only.

so how's faux kernel developing? it's been a while that i am catching up with both bricked and faux since i found the best kernel at the moment.

i gave up trying smartassv2 and intellidemand when they're first introduced, they just doesnt seems to work. couldnt tell the differences of on demand with the previous 2, yet.

i never bother to play around with camera settings / features, so it is never an issue for me. as long as i can snap a photo then i'm fine. lol. i think burst mode isnt working with any custom kernel out there currently, correct me if i am wrong.

are you using normal sensation but you wants the beats audio? if so, you have to root your phone and flash custom rom with beats audio.

try to send it back to your ap warranty party for quotation. since your screen isnt working, how are you going to unroot and revert to stock rom? if you have a chance to get the screen working, you may refer here on how to unroot also back to stock rom.

if you're using stock rom then it is a known issue, some of the widget is flickering on home screens. i had this issue prior rooting and flashing with custom rom.

check if any latest OTA update is available. it's been quite a while since users reporting this issue, believe HTC might have solve the problem. no harm trying mate =)

leedroid v.4.3.0 bricked v.1.6b6:
- by far best leedroid rom for sensation in terms of stability, performance and battery life. no freeze, fc or reboot / bootloop.
- ultra smooth browsing experience for me (using dolphin all these while across all the roms)
- i couldnt find a reason to avoid this as a daily driver

leedroid v.5.0.1 stock kernel:
- it is based on a leaked rom, so expect bugs here and there. ie: cant set wallpaper via personalise(have to set via gallery), music / gallery takes longer time to scan the media file from sd card (thou leedroid worked some magic to speed up the progress), some flickering on left hand side of homescreen (no big deal but a times, kinda annoying for me)
- consider as a pretty stable daily driver, experience no reboot / bootloop. it's just at times it shows "xx is not responding" with option of "wait" / "force close". each time i pressed wait and it just does it works and runs like normal again. again, i think this is ics issue
- not many application supports ics, hence if you're running with a lot of application, this might be a drawback for using ics for the time being
- my conclusion: worth trying with good stability, improved battery life too. of cos, main attraction is ics, you'll definitely feel the speed and optimisation from this leaked rom. i'll be amazed if developers got their hands on the official RUU. there is some new features of ics, different folder layout and display, mobile data traffic usage monitoring and some other ics interface is pretty cool and useful.

why dont you nandroid your leedroid 4.3.0 and give 5.0.1 a try, experience yourself then you'll know which one to choose

it is normal that wear and tear is excluded in manufacturer warranty.

try to think, if you purchase a ferarri and scratched your bumper, do you think that is covered? unless, at the point of your collection you noticed the scratches then it is different story.
