Having problem with apps running in the background esp Roadsync, Google Map, Facebook and few others. I don't mind if they want to run in the background only but when they interrupting when I watched some animes or playing games by eating a lot of RAM. Even using kill software they keep popping up. I didn't enable any data plan/wifi whatsoever. Its so annoying having to kill the apps over and over again only to find out they'll run again..sigh~

Any solution guys?

so far so good.. very smooth and fast but don't expect the battery life for Ginger Bread to last as long as Froyo Phantom.

I see, I'm using Phantom now and My Battery Usage now is 2days 3 hours still have 60%.

* I don't on 3G usage so far and minimal few minutes WIFI and games.
* Use for call and sms more often.

The response is faster for eg. Login screen. Battery consumption improve abit but still quite high (im used to Phantom already)...

I'm also normal usage but on my wifi quite often so by the end of the day, left 20+%.

I'm using the original superAOSP kernel. No issue on wifi. Now downloading Kernel_2.6.32.9_EA#20 to try.

You can flash the original ROM via SUTLR, you can find it on the first post under Custom ROM/Stock ROM, or click here.

The nb0 include all you need to claim your warranty, including stock recovery image (if any)

Thank you biggrin.gif

Currently I cannot be sure if flashing without wipe from other ROM is working or not, some said that it does work, some say they have problems. Although only MYGingerbread series ROM can be flash without data wipe between version (1.0.3 to 1.1.0 for example)

You can try, but I I recommend do a full titanium backup or ROM manager backup before trying to prevent data lose.
In theory, any ROM based on CM7 can flash to MYGingerbread Gaia without problem.
