THEY SKIPPED JOHNTOMR!! WHY!

reluctant to watch this cos the character looks kinda kiddy for me earlier, after i was owned by accel world.

but then i started this yesterday and ended up watched 12 eps with

Nope, that's the johntomr part which they skipped.

There's the 1st viewing of Excalibur. Then they will go on a quest to collect it after GGO.

you'll see it soon though, that plot is kind of meaningless anyways, its supposed to be that kirito got the excalibur but i guess the author last minute changed his mind so that kirito wont be too overpowered

what i said is a continuation of the previous poster.

in the novel, Kirito and Leafa somehow got lost in Jotunheimr before arriving at the world tree, but the anime decided to skip it, dunno why though
there they somehow managed to trigger a quest to acquire the sword as strong as the Demonic Sword Gram, the Holy Sword Excalibur. They decided to do the quest later as to do that they need to go through a super high level dungeon that need a full party to clear it

much much later in the novel (vol 8, anime right now vol 4) they decided to give it another shot.
so if u wanna see Excalibur, there's a need for season 2, or a typical movie

3 episodes left wo... the producer probably wanted to create a meaningful ending. Thats why they skip some of the parts fr the LN. I dont mind though.

other than excalibur, the only other interesting is the quest line at Jotunheimr . To be honest, i thought Grand Quest refer to the quest line at Jotunheimr, cuz that's the only thing worth nothing over there. i dont think its something that can be squeezed into the remaining episodes .

It's skipped but that's way better than having a rushed ending like Aincrad.

I do hope that there's a season 2 & 3 all the way to Alicization!

GGO arc is shorter than ALO, so i wonder if they going to focus 1 season for GGO or cramp both GGO and Alicization arc in 1 season.

That said, probably we'll only see the 2nd season after alicization arc has finished

I wished they split SAO and ALO into 2 different seasons .

The was a part where he can transform into a big giant satan.. i wonder why he didt use it in when fighting Yggdrasil soldiers..?

Oh the epic battle that comes in the nxt episode I wonder what soundtrack will they use for this battle.
