The govt is delaying the Youth Incentive?

There's a limit of RM140m = about 140k can get only.
Also usually takes 6 months to a year to receive payment.

The RM1,000 has been deposited on 18 July. But why the data stopped on 18 July, what happened to days after 19? Holidays?

Start saving early

• Financial independence – As the saying goes, “Sikit-sikit lama-lama jadi bukit.” When it comes to investing your savings, the earlier you start, the greater the accumulated returns on your original investment thanks to compound yield. By investing consistently and regularly, you will be able to secure yourself a comfortable retirement without having to depend on others. Work towards accumulating enough to cover the cost of your basic necessities, lifestyle expenses and occasional splurge on luxuries.

• Saving is a good habit to develop – If you start saving for your future from a younger age, you will find that it becomes second nature. It will be easier to put aside some money for retirement. It helps to start with small amounts, especially for young adults who are just entering the workforce, so it is not as overwhelming. How you manage your paycheck will determine how you save for the rest of your earning years. A person who is used to saving on a monthly basis will find it easier to set aside 10% of her salary for retirement as opposed to an individual who is not used to spending her money prudently.

• Gain control over your future – When you set aside money for your retirement, remember that you are shaping your future.

Shifu sekalian, Any advice for evaluating PRS fund before investing? What are the criteria you look for before deciding? is it the past performance, NAV price, or where the fund is going to invest your money etc etc. First time going into Unit Trust and I really appreciate guidance. Also is it better to open specific PRS account or go for open platform like Fundsupermart?
Tq..

try these...
https://www.google.com/search?source=hp&ei=...i30.f7Ha9ydw0C0

don't overly focused on past performmance results,...they are PAST.
don't overly focused on the name of fund house....they are just name
don't forget to pay a bit of attention to your risk appetite too...

btw, just a note,
1) many fund house has 0% Sales charges for their PRS funds
2) why do you want PRS fund? if not for the tax relief purposes....there are many "better" in performance and in diversification NON PRSs funds out there for investment

That PRS account number is NOT only for AIA PRS...
it is your PPA a/c number (NRIC) ... for life.
you will need that number to buy other PRS funds

just not sure what are the latest PPA online sales charges or how it works....
go try it out and tell us?
(not CLEARLY spelled out % SC on PPA online site or if you can buy NEW PRS funds from there, but TOP UP was clearly highlighted doh.gif )
previously heard was can buy CIMB new PRS funds @ 0%sc too.....

Q3 2019 already, but the RM1000 Youth Incentive Funds still not yet disbursed.

Starting to feel that PH gomen won't allow this incentive to be disbursed...

At the time of registering for an account, the sales person assured me that the quota has not been fully filled yet, still a bunch of quota left...

Also, there is no announcement from PPA to let us know if it is fully subscribed.

Just checked my PPA account and found out the Youth Incentive is credited on 18 July 2019.

It shows in my PPA as below, but when I check with FSM, the total amount is still not updated.

Anyone knows why?
