The Manulife PRS APAC Reit has dropped so much till I feel gatal,
but I am unable to get a form from EUT site,
is the god hinting me something?

A pretty single mother is selling me PRS fund, without any freebies, and 3% sales charge.

Feel cruel to turn her down; feel ripped of to pay the sales charge. How? icon_question.gif

It turns out that, the girl studied at the same college as my useless son did.
Both of them seems know each other, but not wanting to say much about that.
Looking at the picture of that little kid, the eyebrows just feel so familiar...

Affin moderate is good, Kenanga is better;
but PB Mutual surprises me, for its sudden spike after years of underperformance

Depends on your risk appetite. But 3k is not much to risk lah, given the diversified nature of unit trust.

With no regards to performance, Apac Reit gives free 1:1 insurance coverage for invested money; global reit gives 1:4,
both subjected to minimum investment of 6k.

I had sent my Manulife forms to FSM 30 Nov, paid 3 Dec. And now is still pending. dry.gif

Update: the girl at Manulife side says they had received the money, transaction statement will be ready in 2 weeks.

Update #2: The statement is now shown, 3% was charged. blink.gif
