QUOTE(cckkpr @ Dec 22 2016, 09:52 PM) I placed in prs with public mutual. Every year top up 3k for tax relief. The damn thing is 3% charge (RM90)just for depositing my chèque. If I deposit 30k, they would have taken RM900. No wonder after 3 years still negative. Only consolation is 750 tax savings per year. QUOTE(familyfirst @ Dec 23 2016, 09:07 AM) PM's PRS is not performing. I did it first year then subsequent years buy into other funds. You can top up into other funds directly via logging on to your own PPA account. Try it. Forget PM for this prs fund. There is another perk from PB Mutual: free personal accident for NAV above 5k, the more you save there, the more your folks will get. http://www.publicmutual.com.my/prs/PRSProd...nceTakaful.aspx

So, it is basically nothing to shout about. Xuzen

QUOTE(laith @ Dec 24 2016, 06:53 PM) Previously i bought CIMB asia X JP growth and Kenanga growth PRS one and two years back. Their performances are so far so good. Looking for another growth fund, but dunno which one suitable this time round. Curious. Why you want to buy another fund instead of sticking to the two? If good, why change or add more?

AmPRS Dynamic Sukuk seems to provide stable return with low risk, with cumulative returns 15% since inception (25/11/2013).
What do you guys think?

Fees/charges For fees and charges on switching and transfer, please refer to the Providers page of this website under Fees and Charges. Transferor Providers’ fees (which include transfer fees and redemption charge, where applicable) will need to be deducted from sub-account A of the Transferor Fund(s). For transfer from one or more funds, Transferor Providers’ transfer fees must be apportioned equally depending on the number of funds. For example, if there are transfer request from two funds, the transfer fee of RM50 is to be charged RM25 for each fund. http://www.ppa.my/prs/about-prs/prs-scheme-features/

Well, it seems with a higher risk, CIMB Islamic Prs Plus Asia Pacific Ex Japan Equity Class C trumps other fund, cumulative returns of 21.33% over 4 years Most likely due to appreciating USD?
