Question: Management fee + Trustee fee + PPA administration fee.
1) Above fees need to pay every year ? 2) How they charge us ? Direct deduct from the amount of money we already put in the fund ? 3) If the fund I buy, NAV drop and no dividend declare, then the amount of money for my prs fund will become lesser ? Rugi, right ? Questions: 3k tax relief estimate can save how much money ? TQ |

QUOTE(T231H @ Nov 22 2016, 09:48 PM) RM 1000 starts new year..... Hi, Is it means that I can contribute 950 for this year in order to get tax relief of 2016, and only contribute another 1k in 2017 in order to get RM1k youth incentives?so looks like those that had reached a first contribution amount of RM 1000 before end of 2016 will only gets RM500 youth incentives btw, what is "one pension fund.?" which PRS providers provides that? more on PRS youth incentives on google.... http://www.ppa.my/prs/prs-youth/youth_faq/ http://www.publicmutual.com.my/prs/PRSYouth.aspx https://www.fundsupermart.com.my/main/resea...tive-RM500-4558 http://ringgitohringgit.com/faq-prs-youth-scheme-malaysia/ |

QUOTE(dark_elvin @ Dec 6 2016, 11:18 AM) Question: Management fee + Trustee fee + PPA administration fee. The NAV price you see in the price chart was net off Management fee + Trustee fee, meaning these expenses are already considered and reflected in the performance.1) Above fees need to pay every year ? 2) How they charge us ? Direct deduct from the amount of money we already put in the fund ? 3) If the fund I buy, NAV drop and no dividend declare, then the amount of money for my prs fund will become lesser ? Rugi, right ? Questions: 3k tax relief estimate can save how much money ? TQ PPA administration fee, there is a one time charge 10.60 upon PPA account opening, and there is an annual fee of 8.48 for each PRS fund you contribute on that year (exclude the year you open the PPA account) NAV drop, your fund value reduce, thats it. Dividend means nothing in PRS/UT since dividend was declared and deducted from the NAV, this is not the same with stocks. |

QUOTE(T231H @ Dec 11 2016, 12:16 AM) It's quite complicated and long winded. This is awaiting reply/consideration from my adviser/or and the manager before I proceed further.Long story short, the adviser should get my acknowledgement to top-up on top of my first contribution to make up the minimum requirement for opening OnePRS account. I have some top-up via KIB bank account but somehow my adviser reluctant to top-up on my PRS, and asked me to open another account, which is Kenanga Growth Fund. |

It is NOT "person who managed the fund", but the adviser. I shall correct the previous post. It is the adviser, but not the Fund Manager. Apology for the mis-use of words.then I guess again, because your "adviser" would have a bigger commission (5.5%) from your purchase of Kenanga Growth fund.....if you buy that instead of 0% commission if you buy One PRS funds. For me, at the moment, It is wrong to deposit any amount other than authorized by me, in other meaning transferred from my account or deposit into KIB. But not "sendiri pandai" to top-up. The reason I was being told was "This is to meet my eligibility of getting the so-called money from government before 2017". If the requirement is RM1,000, just mentioned it right away. Else, it is not correct and lack of integrity. Kenanga Growth Fund is the fund that I can trade, buy, sell, withdraw without time limit right? Please correct me thanks. I am not a good person into this investment and finance. I am signing up this OnePRS is also because the adviser - I consider her as my elderly with respect. |

After two months later, I realised that I will make up RM1K to get the incentive. So I banked in the rest into KIB. Specifically RM700. Unknowingly my account has been toped up without my knowledge. (At some point I have little idea what is Account A and B). However the Account A is the amount that I personally banked in. Account B is the rest amount banked in to make up RM1K. I just realised this when the adviser contacted me last week. Another alternative asked me to invest in Kenanga Growth Fund. Which I am not interested at all. Today will be one week since my deposit and It does not reflected into my OnePRS Growth Fund yet. I believe the amount is still not being input into the PRS account yet. Which irked me at sometimes. Now I want to take out the money that I have deposited into KIB and refund the "top-up without my knowledge" to the rightful owner. Any idea or comment guys? |
