I still have a lot more to learn and time will gives me that. My first purchased was 2007 and I just venture into investment actively this 2-3 years, so I not consider expert but gaining knowledge and sharing basis. Hopefully my portfolio can be added by 2017.

Its common for most developers to drag the S&P. Market now not like 2007,2008 or 2009. Where projects launchef after AP and DL and can sign S&P immediately. Now, most projects are sold by invitation, preview, soft launch and all this were merely marketing strategy to test market and test its own pricing to obtain a clarification of better and proven research.

I am most likely to tell u tat, Aurora S&P will sure to drag for signing until 2013 and worst maybe 2nd quarter of 2013. It may not a good news for own stay buyer like you but hopefully finger cross and all this hanky panky to be done soonest possible bro.

Thanks for the clarification. The SA told me is March 2013 only sign SNP, since now only around 50-60% booked. so expected is 2017 completed. I'm too late to go The palace court and kiara residence 2, the price is like rocket high now.

Hmm, The Court and KR2 vs Aurora are really diff market, pricing n location. The Court sales not going well. KR2 just increased recently for small units but the big units nvr increase for the past 9 months.

Anyway, no worry bout it. Lets get back the thread to KP. Hehehe.

Yeap, Masteron got 3 Puchong projects run on the same time. Koi Prima, D`aman & Aurora. I think the Aurora is the last to start construction. Koi Prima location too deep inside and have to pass by all low cost flats and shop lot and Tan Ming will build factory infront KP. Although the SA said the lrt station from Kampung will shift it nearer to Koi Prima scare dangerous for my gf(future wife) to walk to lrt.

My friend told me that D'Aman is selling abt 430K ( no discount ) for lvl 17-19, sound like this price is quite expensive de? similar to KP block A pricing?

wow..the price is same as Aurora..by the way d`aman n aurora got pros and cons..bandar bukit puchong got 1 new project known as puri tower..some ppl said not bad..

yalo, seems like similar to aurora also, and i think aurora much better :-)

Mind to share your bad experienced with this developer? So we will aware with it, since i haven sign loan with bank yet still able to get back my rm4500 but 500 will fly away.

Aurora much nicer. But diff location compare to D'Aman and KP, both surrounded each other at Tmn Mas Puchong.

If same price fr 3 above. I would say go for Aurora. For both DA and KP, I still prefer KP biz the land is larger and much potential compare to DA.

Seems, early Block B of KP buyers would be very glad since now everything also above RM 400k.

yaya, exactly, i think Aurora better, anyway, since already book KP, so dont think too much de, haha, somemore no money $$$ for any property liao, just pray Taman MAS have better deveopment by 2015 especially the interchange to ELITE, make life easier lo... keke.. finger cross :-)

But honest speaking, if someone like me had read through/ follow this thread since the very beginning, will notice that you have been non stop criticism or talk bad about this proj/developer from beginning until now but every time someone ask you the reason, you will try avoid to answer their question ...

Just to be fair to every purchaser of this developer product/KP can you reveal what you know or if you do not want to reveal can you pls stop making any riot/confusion to others??

why u all choose this koi prima or aurora? i go there see so many terrible htc!!! after i seen it, i chose the wharf... now the wharf launching a new block. go and see it!!! -- i'm just a investor.
