I think the wharf is a better bet.
Koi Prima is a stand alone project, surrounded by lots of factory and low cost apartment in the neighbourhood.
It is also located deeper in this part of Puchong.

Sometimes wonder why there are so many negros in Msia.
Are they all here to study or do some other things?

It is unfortunate that because of this, many of the apartments price have been stagnant or being shunned away by most Msian.

This condo is located at the foot hill, compares to others like Zefer/Atmosfera which are on hilltop. So what gives KP the advantage features apart from being cheaper?
Masteron is also not one reputable developer...my2sen

Yes it's location is quite deep. But if you go further front, you can see the ELITE highway and across it will be Bandar Saujana Putra and the up coming Rimbayu.

Masteron's track record is not so good. I've a customer whom factory is located at Taman Mas Sepang. This is factory lots developed by Masteron and was handed-over without telephone line. He was so pissed off, but couldnt do anything because who knew such development came without phone line? rclxub.gif

But I saw the other apartment beside the Mas Sepang factory coming up nicely. It's in red and white, if not mistaken it is called Calisa by Masteron.
