Show room is under renovation .. i believe very soon it will completed. smile.gif

project launched on mid of feb and the showroom is still under reno... why so slow ..

Thinking of getting this for own stay, but kinda worried because i'm not that familiar with that side of puchong..renting a place in PJ currently. Reason to get it for own stay is because house price these days ain't exactly cheap already, therefore since got affordable pricing.

Kinda worried about safety issues/foreigners and students in the neighbourhood since it's quite near Cyber and alot of african staying, plus these days safety is kinda a major concern..Anyone can comment on this? This is my first property so i thought of getting some insight from the experts here smile.gif

Also, is the showhouse up already?

Yeah I would like to know also. I doubt students will stay there as it is quite deep inside. To them, there are plenty of choices nearer to amenities or nearer to their university.

Came back from Koi Prima new sales gallery at Koi Commercial Centre. Koi Commercial Centre was one of thier projects. Their shoplots just obtain the CF. They started their showhouse renovation last week.

I believe seldom student will like to rent a unit of koi prima (KP) and stay. It located quite deep inside from LDP and need 15 mins drive to IOI mall (if no jam)

I personally drive my car from KP to nearest LRT@tasik prima b4, it take around 10mins (no jam, 2km++ - 3km ride). If i am a student which have own transport, yes i will consider but thinking majority of student like convenient and no own transport i believe KP will not as hot as those property which near to LRT

But for own stay, with its affortable price and facility i think it is a good choice (but u need have own transport)

Discussed with my gf and both of us agree, it's not bad..just that it's too deep and safety concerns hmm.gif Now might be too deep, but 3 years down the road..u never know, but safety remains a concern also, since got retail down there..alot of people might go in and out. Went to sales office yesterday, lowest one is at level 23 at Block A, price also around RM398K before 10% discount, not exactly that cheap already..

Means they dicsount 10% off on selling price and another discount on downpayment right since Rm3k downpayment only...
