Thinking of getting this for own stay, but kinda worried because i'm not that familiar with that side of puchong..renting a place in PJ currently. Reason to get it for own stay is because house price these days ain't exactly cheap already, therefore since got affordable pricing. Kinda worried about safety issues/foreigners and students in the neighbourhood since it's quite near Cyber and alot of african staying, plus these days safety is kinda a major concern..Anyone can comment on this? This is my first property so i thought of getting some insight from the experts here Also, is the showhouse up already?

Yeah, summore SA told me will increase summore..the price is maybe coz it's high floor
