@ACID i can't test openCL it fail.. how come my version 1.1 it should be 1.2 the stable 1 right??

No problem brah, and i did it while watching video with GPU acceleration.


What is your APP version/profile? Mine OpenCL 1.1 AMD-APP (851.4) FULL_PROFILE.

Hey guys... whats the best settings for skyrim? I'm using 6114tx, got some things on ultra some on high. No MSAA, FXAA on.

Mind sharing screenshot, those that have managed to maximise quality with the fps still smooth? What's the balanced setting? Cheers.

@acid i think opencl is not installed. i told u during installation of 11.11/11.12/modded driver, the view log appeared error. b'cos of C++ then the SDK got issue so OpenCL also din install correctly..

I use skyrim config maker at DNA website. Smooth all the time just over 30fps but will dip into 20-25 when i'm at Solitude.

This game use CPU to render the shadows, particles, etc and it is not optimized for quad cores.. not even dual cores. If you want a high FPS in town, u gonna need to lower or turn off shadows and particles.


I wanna know what is your OpenCL driver version. Printscreen the OpenCL tab in Gpu-Caps-Viewer.

I guess u nvr use Atiman Uninstaller even after i recommended them.

Hi everyone,
today i dled the 11.11c update and tried to install, during the installation, a pop up window appear "do u want to install Advanced Micro Devices",

i install it, and at the end of the installation, the symbol is a question mark, with statement "a warning log has appear (something like that) "

i open it, read through, no warning stated, but after restart, i cant open CCC or switch graphic! omg, i redo the whole process again, again, again (enter save mode, delete amd) various way, in the end, i use system restore

i re-install 11.11c, and this time without installing Advanced Micro Devices, warning log still appear (empty though in the report), after restart, i can enter CCC and switchable graphic screen,

just one question, should i be concern of the situation? coz it is not a successful installation (or is it?) with a yellow question mark at the end...

That pop up should be referring to the AMD graphic driver..
You didn't uninstall the HP AMD driver when you install the 11.11c, right ?

Lately I've been getting the Synaptics pointing device helper popup from UAC at windows startup. I don't recall this happening before previously. How can I disable this if I don't want to disable UAC?
