1. Screenshot of all your items.
2. Bank in Details for each transaction.
3. Details of the Con Man (including her brother or else, name, bank account, lelong id etc as much as possible)

We all should follow the same document as Syarif uploaded so the police report will point to a same person !

Well... Qiling is no place to find so searching for him will a bit of wasting time and manpower, but i sure that 1 person involve that can't run and can be found - Lelong. Lelong approve Qiling as store member and give BPP to the store, so when this kind of incident happen Lelong can't simply take BPP off like nothing happen and ask buyer to shoulder the lost. Buyer bid because store member should be 100% safe than individual seller and a BPP is a + for buyer to trust the store member.

Agree ! Anyone interested to have protest at Lelong Office ?

That right.. Let the "pro" to do the search and Lelong to headache paying the money back under BPP. Unless you r in KL and Qiling still in KL and luckily you guy spot him and send him to police station otherwise there are nothing the bidder from other state or place can do other than report to police and asking refund from lelong under BPP.

To those who are currently in KL, Qiling is still in KL!
